Terms of Service
1. Who these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern access to the Intek Forms platform at intekforms.com. The service is operated under the Intek Forms brand by Intek Ghana (referred to here as “we”, “us” or “Intek Forms”). An organization creating a workspace accepts these terms through its authorized account owner. Please contact us for our full registered business identity, physical address and other supplier information while these details are being finalized for publication.
2. What Intek Forms provides
Intek Forms provides hosted online forms, surveys, templates, response management, team access, optional payment collections, integrations and related tools. Feature availability, storage and usage limits depend on the subscription selected and the services enabled. We may change features, with reasonable notice where a change materially affects an active paid service.
3. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and use the platform only if you have authority to represent your organization. You are responsible for activity within your workspace, including activity by invited team members. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. Forms, responses and your responsibilities
Your organization decides which questions to ask, why information is collected and who may access responses. You are responsible for providing appropriate notices and identifying a lawful basis for collecting or sharing respondents’ personal information, including consent when required. Do not collect information you are not entitled to obtain. You own or control content that you upload, subject to any third-party rights, and grant us the limited permission required to host and process that content to deliver the service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Intek Forms for phishing, fraud, malicious code, illegal content, harassment, unauthorized surveillance or unlawful personal-data collection. Do not attempt to bypass account limits or security controls. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
6. Plans, prices and billing
Plan prices, billing periods, included features, taxes (if applicable), renewal arrangements and payment methods are presented during checkout or on the pricing page. Online payments are processed by available payment providers. Direct Mobile Money and bank-transfer claims are subject to independent verification before services or premium templates are activated. We do not treat a transaction reference alone as proof of payment.
7. Premium templates and intellectual property
Some marketplace templates are free; others require a one-time payment. A completed purchase grants the buying organization a non-exclusive right to use and adapt that template within its own workspace, subject to applicable plan limits. Purchasing a template does not transfer copyright in the original design or allow resale or redistribution of the template as a standalone product unless we explicitly authorize it.
8. Cancellations and refunds
You may stop using the platform or request account closure. Subscription cancellation, amounts already paid, non-delivery, duplicate charges and template refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or data-protection laws.
9. Availability and service changes
We use reasonable operational measures to keep Intek Forms available and secure, but no online service can promise uninterrupted operation. Please keep your own appropriate records or exports for important submissions. Scheduled maintenance or security work may temporarily affect access.
10. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary for serious misuse, threats to security, non-payment or legal compliance, acting proportionately where practicable. If service ends, contact support about reasonable available export and deletion options, subject to security, retention and legal obligations.
11. Liability and applicable law
Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses caused by third-party outages, unauthorized activity outside our reasonable control, or an organization's unlawful forms or misuse of responses. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law prohibits excluding. These terms are interpreted under the laws of Ghana, subject to any mandatory rights in other applicable jurisdictions.
12. Updates and questions
We may publish revised terms with a new version and effective date. Continued use may require acknowledging material changes when this is implemented. For questions or rights requests, contact our published support email or use the support channel on intekforms.com.
