Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Where this policy applies
This policy addresses payments made to Intek Forms for subscriptions and premium marketplace templates. It does not automatically apply to payments that respondents make to an organization through its own forms; those purchases are managed under the organization's terms.
2. Review before payment
The payment page should display the amount, currency, billing period or one-time purchase type and available method before you confirm. Please review those details before proceeding.
3. Subscription cancellations
You may request cancellation through available account controls or by contacting support. We will explain whether the current paid period remains accessible, any upcoming renewal arrangements and the effect on plan limits. A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee repayment for a period already supplied.
4. Premium templates
Where a premium template has been unlocked and used, digital delivery is normally completed immediately after verified payment. Refund requests will be considered for duplicate charges, failures to deliver access, material defects and rights available under applicable law. A change of preference alone may not qualify once access has been supplied, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
5. Manual Mobile Money and bank transfers
A manual transfer remains pending until the payment is independently verified. If an incorrect or duplicate transfer is made, contact support with the transaction reference and supporting details. Do not send transaction PINs or passwords. We will reconcile the funds before deciding on activation or refund.
6. Requesting a review
Contact our published support email with the workspace name, payment method, date, amount and transaction reference. Do not send full card numbers, wallet PINs or authentication codes. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and may request non-sensitive evidence of payment.
7. Statutory rights
This policy does not override rights or cancellation/refund remedies guaranteed by Ghana's Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772), or other applicable laws. Where law requires a different outcome, the law governs.
